On July 19, 2025 thirteen North Fork ladies and friends enjoyed a delicious lunch at Smokin' Willy in Purcellville and attended two short plays put on by The Potter's Players at Purcellville Baptist Church.

We saw Esther which was very meaningful as we had just finished our study on Esther in the Women's Bible Study which meets on most Wednesday mornings at 9:30.  We all agreed that it was a wonderful production with a talented, mostly young cast, and we marveled at how the writer was able to capture the story of Esther in about forty minutes!

The other play was The Pizza Prodigal Pizza, a take on the parable of The Prodigal Son.  It was very well done with lots of humor, but the message was clear: our loving Father welcomes repentant wanderers home with open arms.

We shared loving fellowship around the table and enjoying the Lord's word in action.
